“ Quando sei in portogallo da due settimane, ti viene voglia dei sapori di casa. E quindi ieri ho deciso di andare a pranzo al Castello di Norcia e mi sono preso una pizza. Ho scelto una pizza vegetariana, perchè dopo giorni di pesce avevo bisogno di verdure. Ed era ottima! Sapore molto bilanciato, impasto perfetto. E per concludere un caffè macchiato caldo, come a casa. Insomma, girare per il mondo è bello, ma ti serve ricordare da dove arrivi. Sicuramente tornerò finchè sono ad Albufeira. ”
